Betamethasone dipropionate – a synthetic fluorine-consisting corticosteroid. It has anti-inflammatory, glucocorticoid, anti-allergic, antipruritic actions. In case of external application narrows blood vessels, eliminates itching, slows excretion of inflammatory mediators (eosinophils, mast cells), interleukins 1 and 2, γ-interferon (from lymphocytes and macrophages), inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase and reduces the permeability of vessel walls.

Clotrimazole belongs to the group of imidazole antifungal drugs. Increases the permeability of the phospholipid  membrane of liposomes, vacuolization of cytoplasm, reduction of the number of ribosomes. Clotrimazole is active in relation to: Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum sapis, Candida alvicans, Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum orbiculare).
