1 pill contains active substance of Chlorotetracyclin HCl – 1 g

Pharmacology

Chlorotetracyclin is an antibiotic with strong bacteriostatic effect.

Chlorotetracyclin kills Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, rickettsia, mycoplasma, spirochete, clamydia. Especially Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Brucella spp., E.coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella spp., Proteus spp., Pseudomonas spp., Corynebacterium, Klebsiella spp. have antibiotic sensitivity.

Application

Medical treatment of post-partum intrauterine infection, chronic and acute endometritis, hysteritis, retention of placenta and its prophylactic of post-partum complication of cows, sheep and goats.

Dose strength

Cows: for prophylactic – 1 pill per 1 head once a day post-partum; for medical treatment – 1-2 pills per 1 head.

Sheep, goats: for prophylactic – 1/2 pill per 1 head once a day post-partum; for medical treatment – 1/2-1 pills per 1 head.

If warranted treatment can be applied after 48 hours.

Counter indication

Prohibit for animals with sensibility to chlortetracycline.

Warning

Use only at widely open uterine cervix (post-partum outright).

Application during pregnancy is prohibit.

Animal killing for meat is possible only after 10 days after the last product application.

Milk usage is possible only after 4 days after the last product application.

Storage

Dry dark place at a temperature from 15 °С till 25 °С.

Expired – 3 years from manufacture date
