{"id":1039,"date":"2017-08-17T21:22:37","date_gmt":"2017-08-17T18:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agroolkar.com.ua\/?post_type=production&#038;p=1039"},"modified":"2023-10-16T16:14:11","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T13:14:11","slug":"protsytol","status":"publish","type":"production","link":"https:\/\/agroolkar.com.ua\/en\/production\/protsytol\/","title":{"rendered":"Procitol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Clear, colorless liquid.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 ml of the drug contains the active substance:<\/p>\n<p>propranolol hydrochloride &#8211; 5 mg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pharmacological properties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Propranolol hydrochloride blocks \u03b21 &#8211; and \u03b22 &#8211; adrenergic receptors, exerts action of membrane; inhibits lipolysis in adipose tissue, preventing the increase of the level of free fatty acids enhances secretory and motor activity of the digestive tract, increases muscle tone of the bronchi and the contractility of the uterus, resulting in accelerating the passage of birth and separation of manure, reduces bleeding during childbirth and in the postoperative period, prevents inflammatory processes genitals, increases the fertility of cows and heifers.<\/p>\n<p>The drug increases the spontaneous and induced contractions uterotonic agents. Reduces bleeding during childbirth and in the postoperative period.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To encourage childbirth, prevention of postpartum complications associated with impaired uterine contractility, increased fertility of cows and heifers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Intramuscular injection, a single dose of 10 ml per head:<\/p>\n<p>to promote normal childbirth and accelerate the separation of fruit skins &#8211; at the beginning of labor;<\/p>\n<p>to accelerate the involution of the uterus &#8211; in the first 24 hours after birth;<\/p>\n<p>when the delay membranes &#8211; 6-8 hours after birth;<\/p>\n<p>to enhance fertility &#8211; for 10-15 minutes before insemination.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contraindications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hypersensitivity to propranolol hydrochloride.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do not use the drug in conjunction with antipsychotics and tranquilizers.<\/p>\n<p>Restrictions on the use of products from animals treated with the drug has not been established.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glass vials closed with a rubber stopper under an aluminum run of 10 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a dry, dark, place inaccessible to children at temperature from 0 \u00b0 C to 18 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>Shelf life &#8211;
