DESCRIPTION.Suspension from gray to grayish-white color with a specific smell.

PHARMACOLOGICAL  CHARACTERISTICS. Mastiline  –  combined  antimicrobial  drug  which  includes cloxacillin sodium salt and amoxicillin trihydrate, which are  active  against  most  strains  of  gram-positive  and gram-negative microorganisms (Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus uberis, Streplococcus dysgalactiae, Staphylococcus  spp.,  Corynebacterium  pyogenes,  С. uberis,  С.  dysgalactiae,  С.  pyogenes,  E.  Coli,  Bacillus cereus,  Bacteroides,  Campilobacter  sрр.,  Klеbsiellae, Pasteurellae).

The mechanism of action of antibiotics provides violation  of  the  synthesis  of  the  bacterial  cell  wall,  causing osmotic imbalance of bacteria and their death.

APPLICATION. Treatment of cattle (cows), suffering from clinical, subclinical forms of mastitis of bacterial etiology during lactation.

DOSAGE. Intramammary. Before injection of the drug affected  share  of  the  udder  carefully  wash,  milk  and disinfect. After the injection of the drug quarter of breast massage for even distribution throughout tank.

Repeated injection of the drug conduct in 12 hours.

The course of treatment is 1.5-2 days.

Before injection syringe tube is heated to a temperature of 35-38°C on a water bath and shake actively until homogeneous mixture.

CONTRAINDICATIONS. Do not apply to animals with hypersensitivity to the active ingredients of the drug.

PRECAUTIONS. Consumption of milk for human nutrition is allowed in 3 days after the last injection. Slaughter of  animals  for  meat  is  allowed  in  4  days  after  the  last injection. Received by the deadline meat and milk fed to unproductive animals or utilize, according to a conclusion of adoctor of veterinary medicine.

STORAGE. Dry, dark, inaccessible to children at temperature from 5°C to 25°C. Do not store together with food, drinks and animal feeds.

Expiration date – 2 years from date of manufacture.
