DESCRIPTION. Yellowish solution

PHARMACOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS. Medicine Antiflay has contact and repellent actions against dipteran insects: zoophilous flies, including Haematobia irritans, Haematobia stimulans, Musca autumnalis, Stomoxys calcitrans, horse-flies (Tabanidae), gadflies(Hypodermatidae), mosquitoes (Culicidae) and midges (Simuliidae).

The active substance cyfluthrin, that preparation contains, belongs to a group of synthetic pyrethroids, which mechanism of action  is to block the transduction of nervous tissue causing  dystaxia, akinesia and death of insects.

After applying on the skin, medicine distributes throughout the skin  surface, in small amounts is adsorbed by the skin, that ensures its extended insecticidal and fungicidal action.

Preparation  Antifly by the degree of systemic action belongs to substances with low toxicity, and at recommended doses does not show resorptive and toxic effects.

APPLICATION. Protection of cattle from the attacks of flies, blood-sucking insects (Haematobia irritans, Haematobia stimulans, Musca autumnalis, Stomoxys calcitrans), horse-flies (Tabanidae), gadflies (Hypodermatidae), mosquitoes (Culicidae), midges (Simuliidae) during the grazing period.

DOSAGE. preparation  applying with attached  dispenser direct to the  skin of the animal along the chine bone at the rate of 10 ml per animal (500 kg), that equivalent to 0.2 mg cyfluthrin / kg of bodyweight. The treatment of animals is conducted during the grazing period once every 4-6 weeks, depending on the population of insects. The treatment of milking-cows is repeated  after milking period.

CONTRAINDICATIONS. preparation should not be used to calves, animals weighing less than 300 kg, and shoud not  apply on damp, dirty and damaged skin.

PRECAUTIONS. During the usage of the preparation  necessary to keep requirement  of the personal hygiene and safety, that are provided during the usage of veterinary preparations. The treatment of animals should be carried out with the usage of proper type of  PPE (coat, sanitary gloves, hat, rubber boots). During the work with a medicine not allowed to smoke, drink and eat. After finishing the treatment it is  need  to wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.

In case of skin or eye contact with preparation, its necessary to wash it under running water, in case of accidental ingestion it is necessary immediately contact to the medic. Do not use container after  preparation  for domestic use. Do not use medicine packaging for domestic usage.

STORAGE. In dry, dark, well ventilated room apart from the feed and food at the temperature not below 8°C. Store in place unreachable for children.

SHELF-LIFE  – 3 years from the date of manufacture
