sulfadimetoksina – 40g;

trimethoprim – 8 g;

Excipients – up to 100 ml.

Pharmacological properties

Sulfatrym – combined chemotherapeutic agent broad spectrum antimicrobial action. The drug inhibits the metabolism of microorganisms by blocking the synthesis of DNA and RNA. Sulfatrym bactericidal effect against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Corynebacterium spp., E. coli, Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Pasteurella spp., Bordetella spp . etc.), and is active against protozoa (Coccidia, Toxoplasma) and rickettsia.

Sulfadimethoxine is para-aminobenzoic acid antimetabolites and how others sulphonamides, competitively inhibits the synthesis of functional folate. Trimethoprim acts as an inhibitor of the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase, which activates folic acid. In combination with trimethoprim enhanced antimicrobial activity sulfadimetoksina. This combination has bactericidal effect at concentrations at which the individual ingredients show only bacteriostatic activity.

Application

Calves, goats, lambs under the age of 3 months: diarrhea, koliseptytsemiyi, streptococcal arthritis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, pneumonia, staph abscesses, omphalitis and diseases of the respiratory and urinary systems caused by pathogens susceptible to trimethoprim and sulfadimetoksina.

Pigs: treatment kolibatsylozu, coccidiosis, atrophic rhinitis, salmonellosis, hemofilozu, pasteurellosis, toxoplasmosis and diseases of the respiratory and urinary systems caused by pathogens susceptible to trimethoprim and sulfadimetoksina.

Poultry (broiler chickens, turkeys for fattening Laying hens and parent stock): treatment of coccidiosis, koliseptytsemiyi, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, staph infection, infectious rhinitis, caused by pathogens susceptible to trimethoprim and sulfodymetoksynu.

Crawley: treatment of coccidiosis, pasteurellosis, staph infections, kolibatsylozu, salmonellosis, caused by pathogens susceptible to trimethoprim and sulfadimetoksina.

Batching

Oral with drinking water at doses:

calves, kids, lambs, pigs – 1-2 ml suspension per 32 kg of body weight (15-30 mg of active substance per kg body weight) every day for 5 days. The daily dose should be divided into two stages: the first half of the dose given in the morning, the second – 12 hours;

rabbits – 100 ml per 100 liters of drinking water every day for 5 days;
