The white suspension, homogeneous on shaking.
1 ml of the product contains the active ingredients:
procaine penicillin G 200,000 units;
Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate 250 mg;
Betamethasone 0.5 mg;
chlorophenylamine maleate 8 mg;
procaine hydrochloride 15 mg;
auxiliaries in 1 ml.
Penicillin G procaine – a beta-lactam antibiotic of the series, which has a wide spectrum of bactericidal activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Corynebacterium pyogenes, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Listeria spp., Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. The mechanism of action of a substance is a violation of the synthesis of peptidoglycan – peptidoglycan cell wall, which leads to the inhibition of synthesis of cell walls of microorganisms, inhibition of growth and reproduction of bacteria.
Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate – aminoglycoside antibiotic, a bactericidal effect on gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Yersinia spp., Klebsiella spp., Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus spp., Corynebacterium pyogenes). Substance exhibits bactericidal action due to binding to the 308-subunit of the bacterial ribosome, which subsequently leads to inhibition of protein synthesis.
Chlorophenvlamino maleate acts as a desensitizing, antihistamine. It improves respiratory processes.
Betamethasone – a synthetic corticosteroid, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory action.
Procaine hydrochloride – local anesthetic, which exhibits analgesic and hypotensive effect. For parenteral administration of procaine hydrochloride reduces the production of acetylcholine, reduces the excitability of peripheral than cholinoreactive systems, it contributes to the blocking effects on the autonomic ganglia, reduces spasms of smooth muscles, reduces the excitation of the myocardium and motor areas of the cerebral cortex.
Treatment of cattle, pigs, horses, sheep, goats, dogs and cats omphalitis, arthritis, mastitis, septicemia and secondary infections, and respiratory and urinary tract caused by microorganisms sensitive to penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin.

dogs and cats – 0.5-2 ml per animal per day.
Hypersensitivity to penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin. Do not use in rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and other small herbivores, as well as animals with impaired renal function.
Allergic reactions are possible. Sometimes there are cases of transient skin rash, fever, vomiting, tremors, anxiety, and loss of coordination.
There may be small and short-term injection site reactions.
