DESCRIPTION. Unctuous  consistency  from  yellow  to light brown color with a specific smell.

PACKAGING

Laminated tubes 50; 100 g.

СOMPOSITION

1 g of the drug contains active substances:

kseroform – 30.0 mg; birch tar – 30.0 mg;

Excipients: castor oil up to 1 g

PHARMACOLOGICAL  CHARACTERISTICS. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and predrying actions. Has weak irritant action on tissues receptors, stimulates local circulation, and accelerates regeneration.

APPLICATION. Externally for treatment of cattle, horses, goats, pigs, dogs and cats in case of burns, mechanical and traumatic injuries of the skin, eczema, dermatitis, furunculosis,  ulcers,  bedsores,  freezing  injuries,  pyoderma, lichen, serous phlegmon, folliculitis, carbuncles, dermatomycosis  (trichophytosis,  microspores),  joint  injuries,  acute  and  chronic  inflammations  and  cracks  of hooves caused by fungi or purulent microflora.

DOSAGE. Externally. On the affected skin apply with a thin layer of liniment 2-3 times a day. The duration of treatment  depends  on  the  nature  and  symptoms  and may  continue  up  to  14  days.  Quantity  of  liniment  for single  application  depends  on  the  size  of  the  affected skin. For the treatment of burns can be used dressings or liniment can be put into the cavity of the wound by drainage or swab that change every 24-36 hours. Before application the skin cleane from mechanical inclusions, dirt, residues of exudate, wool.

CONTRAINDICATIONS. Do not apply in case of acute purulent  skin  diseases  and  with  increased  individual sensitivity (allergy) to the drug.

PRECAUTIONS. Not established.

STORAGE. Dry  well-ventilated  dark  place  on  the shelves at temperature from 2°C to 18°C. Do not store together with food.

Expiration date – 5 years from date of manufacture.
