Amoxicillin belongs to the broad-spectrum antibiotics of amoxicillin group.
Amoxicillin interrupts the synthesis of the cell wall of bacteria by inhibiting the enzymes of transpeptidase and carboxypeptidase, which causes osmotic imbalance and death of microorganisms in the growth phase. Amoxicillin is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria: Actinomyces spp., Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Actinobacillus spp., Escherihia coli, Fusobacterium spp., Haemophilus spp., Moraxella spp., Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., аnd also against Leptospira spp.

Intramuscularly or hypodermally once at a dose of 1 ml per 10 kg body weight (equivalent to 15 mg of amoxicillin per 1 kg of body weight). If recovery does not occurred during 48 hours treatment should be reconsidered.
Do not use to horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and animals with hypersensitivity to amoxicillin.
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed in 14 days after the last application of the drug. Consumption of milk in the food by people is allowed in 48 hours (4 milking) after the last application of the agent. Received by the deadline meat and milk utilize or fed to unproductive animals, according to a conclusion of a doctor of veterinary medicine.
